Born and raised in London, U.K..,
Frank served as a Regular Soldier in the United Kingdom and
Germany.
Upon discharge, he joined the London
Metropolitan Police and gained valuable experience in law enforcement
and security work, particularly during his service with the Criminal
Investigation Department.
Frank is still actively engaged with the
community as a Justice of the Peace. He was instrumental in bringing
the "Identikid" project to South Australia and in 1987 was elected
President of The Lions Club of Adelaide Police.
Shortly after his arrival in South Australia in 1969, Frank founded
South Australian Security which developed into one of the best and
most reputable security and general investigation companies in
Australia.
South Australian Security held the contract to patrol and protect Army bases in South Australia and at one time was the second largest Cash Carrying company in this state. These interests were sold to national companies to enable him to develop the full potential of his team, now known as Investigators (Australia) and Process Servers (Australia).
Frank is a Founder Member, Fellow and Past President of The Security
Institute of South Australia and has been a Special Advisor to The
Council of International Investigators and also Regional Advisor to
The Internationale Komission Der Detectiv Verbunde.
